Profitbak - Amazon Vendor Audit

1. Service Description

Profitbak provides an automated AI-driven audit and dispute service for Amazon Vendor Central shortages.

2. The 35-Day Rule

To ensure compliance with Amazon's Smart Match system, Profitbak observes a mandatory 35-day quarantine period before initiating any dispute.

3. Fees

Our service is success-based. We charge a 20% commission on the total profit successfully recovered and credited back to your Vendor account. No recovery, no fee.

4. Authorization

By connecting your account via SP-API (OAuth 2.0), you authorize Profitbak to act as a specialized agent for managing shortage disputes on your behalf.

5. Liability

While we aim for a success rate above 75%, Amazon reserves the final right to accept or reject any claim. Profitbak is not liable for Amazon's final decisions.
