Profitbak collects data exclusively through official Amazon SP-API channels. This includes shipment data, invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD) for the sole purpose of shortage reconciliation.

2. Data Security

All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols. We do not store Amazon customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information); we only process business-to-business transaction data.

3. Agent Policy Compliance

In accordance with the March 2026 Agent Policy, our AI agent operates with full transparency. No automated disputes are filed without a verified matching document (POD/BOL).

4. Third-Party Sharing

Profitbak strictly prohibits the sale or sharing of your Amazon data with any third party. Data is used strictly for recovering your lost profits.
